Meet Pinnacle's Founder
Raed Bilbessi, Founder and CEO of Pinnacle, brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and consulting experience to helping organizations grow, transform, and execute with greater clarity and discipline.
His career has spanned the private sector, technology industry, business associations, consulting, and international organizations. Throughout that experience, one principle has remained consistent: strategy only creates value when an organization can actually execute it.
Raed founded Pinnacle in 2007 to provide organizations with senior-level expertise without the complexity and distance that can come with larger consulting firms.

From Strategy to Execution
Raed works primarily with business owners, CEOs, and senior management teams to address the practical challenges that stand between an organization and its growth objectives.
His approach starts with understanding how the business actually works. That means looking beyond individual problems to examine strategy, customers, sales, marketing, processes, technology, people, and management information as parts of one operating system.
The objective is not simply to recommend what an organization should do. It is to help management determine what needs to change, establish clear priorities, and turn those decisions into practical action.
Business Experience That Shapes the Advice
Before founding Pinnacle, Raed held senior executive positions across several industries.
He served as Managing Director of Promoseven/McCann Erickson in Jordan, CEO of Allied Software Solutions, founding CEO of the Information Technology Association of Jordan (int@j), General Manager of the Amman World Trade Center, and President of Riccione USA.
These roles gave him direct responsibility for building organizations, managing teams, developing markets, growing revenue, introducing new services, managing stakeholders, and navigating periods of significant organizational change.
That operating experience continues to shape the way Pinnacle works today.
Business First. Technology Second.
Raed has worked with business technology and CRM systems for many years and has used Zoho within Pinnacle since 2008.
His perspective on digital transformation is deliberately business-led. Technology should support the way an organization wants to operate, not force the organization to adapt itself around software.
This philosophy is central to Pinnacle’s digital transformation work. Systems are selected and configured around business objectives, processes, customer journeys, management requirements, and the information decision makers actually need.
Creating Platforms for Influence
Raed’s experience also includes the strategy and delivery of more than 150 conferences, forums, and business events.
For him, a successful conference is not defined by logistics alone. It should have a clear purpose and create value through its content, speakers, partnerships, audience, and the conversations it generates.
This thinking is behind Pinnacle Forums, the company’s own portfolio of conferences and forums designed around important business and societal issues.
A Senior-Level, Hands-On Approach
Pinnacle is intentionally a boutique firm.
Clients work directly with senior expertise rather than handing an engagement to a large delivery structure after the initial meeting.
Raed remains personally involved in understanding the challenge, shaping the approach, and guiding important engagements. When additional expertise is required, Pinnacle brings together the appropriate specialists around the assignment.
The result is a practical consulting model built around direct access, experienced judgment, and a clear focus on outcomes.
